1. Eligibility

The Weyland Brain Nutrition Monthly Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Enjoy Nutrition LLC (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes is an ongoing monthly promotion. Each monthly drawing period begins on the first day of the calendar month at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on the last day of the calendar month at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (each a "Drawing Period"). The Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Sweepstakes at any time with reasonable notice posted on this page.

4. How to Enter

Online Entry: During each Drawing Period, visit getweyland.com and subscribe to the Weyland Brain Nutrition email newsletter by providing a valid email address in any newsletter signup form on the site. Limit one (1) entry per person per Drawing Period.

Free Alternative Method of Entry: Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the applicable Drawing Period and received within seven (7) days of the end of that Drawing Period.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will be selected per Drawing Period. The prize is one (1) month's supply of Weyland Brain Nutrition product(s). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): up to $34.95. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution is available, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during each Drawing Period. The drawing will be conducted within fourteen (14) days after the close of each Drawing Period.

The potential winner will be notified by email. If the potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each Drawing Period.

8. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at getweyland.com/policies/privacy-policy.

11. Disputes

All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in New Castle County, Delaware.

12. Winner List

For the name of the winner of any Drawing Period, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
