About Weyland Brain Nutrition
Brain Health, Done Right
For over a decade, Weyland Brain Nutrition has focused on one thing: making high-quality brain health supplements that people can trust. We don't chase trends or expand into dozens of categories. We focus on doing a few things exceptionally well — with ingredients selected based on peer-reviewed scientific research and manufactured to the highest standards we can find.
Our customers are people who do their own research. They read the studies, compare labels, and ask hard questions before they buy. We built Weyland for exactly that kind of person — because that's who we are too.
What Guides Us
- Intentional formulations — Every product starts with published research, not marketing trends. We select ingredients based on scientific evidence of their role in supporting brain health.
- Transparency over hype — We tell you exactly what's in each product and why. No proprietary blends. No inflated claims.
- Quality at every step — Manufactured in the USA in an FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant facility. Every batch is third-party tested for quality and purity.
- Focus over breadth — We'd rather make three products exceptionally well than thirty products adequately.
Our Standards
- Made in the USA — Our products are manufactured in an FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant facility with globally sourced ingredients.
- Third-party tested — Independent testing for quality, purity, and consistency on every product.
- Science-informed — Ingredients and dosages guided by peer-reviewed research.
- Vegetarian capsules — Clean, plant-based capsules across our product line.
Our Scientific Advisor: Dr. James Pendleton, ND
Dr. James Pendleton serves as Weyland Brain Nutrition's Chief Science Officer, guiding our product development and formulation strategy. With over 25 years of clinical experience in naturopathic and integrative medicine, Dr. Pendleton brings a depth of knowledge that shapes every product we make.
Dr. Pendleton's background spans clinical practice, supplement science, and global healthcare:
- Clinical practice — Dr. Pendleton currently operates Pendleton Family Health, a naturopathic primary care practice in the Seattle area, where he takes a grounded, evidence-informed approach to family medicine — combining nutrition, herbal medicine, and lifestyle change with conventional medical care.
- Supplement formulation — Before his current practice, Dr. Pendleton worked in formulation at a major supplement company, where he developed direct experience with ingredient sourcing, dosage research, and manufacturing quality standards.
- International experience — Dr. Pendleton previously practiced concierge medicine in Dubai, providing personalized integrative care in one of the world's most demanding healthcare environments.
- Published author — Dr. Pendleton has authored books on health and wellness, reflecting his commitment to making complex health topics accessible to everyday people.
Dr. Pendleton's role at Weyland isn't ceremonial. His clinical experience and formulation background directly inform which ingredients we use, at what dosages, and why. When we say "science-informed," we mean there's a practicing doctor with 25 years of experience reviewing the research behind every product.
A Note on What We Are (and Aren't)
We're a supplement company — not a pharmaceutical company. Our products are dietary supplements, not medications. We don't claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. What we do is make thoughtfully formulated supplements using ingredients that peer-reviewed research suggests may support brain health and cognitive function.
We believe the supplement industry needs more companies that take quality and honesty seriously. That's the standard we hold ourselves to, and it's what we think you deserve.
